Now let’s talk about the movie.

Our story starts with Jason’s mother. She wants revenge because her son died. But in the second movie everything changes and now Jason wants revenge for his mother. So basically… revenge never ends in this story.

If we think about Jason’s psychology, we can say he is a very angry and lonely character. He lost his mother, and this creates deep pain. Maybe he does not know how to deal with this so he turns it to violence. But does this make him special? When we compare it with other slasher movies, it is not very different, unfortunately.

In my opinion, unlike other basic slasher movies, Friday 13th has one big advantage: the number 13. People think this number is scary and “devil number.” When the day Friday the 13th comes, people already feel something bad will happen And then they mentioned our character. So when they see Jason it feels more real.

So the movie uses this fear very well. That’s why it becomes popular and makes a lot of money.

And maybe Jason is not the scariest part of the story.
